We will bring the vehicle to you! No more queues, or the stress of not knowing if you will meet the insurance requirements, we check this all out before you arrive. Our representative we will meet you as you come through the arrivals lounge (they will be displaying a board with your name on) they will then help you with your luggage if required to your rental vehicle, which is conveniently parked within the terminal. They will then make sure that you are happy with everything and then its just a matter of signing your prepared rental agreement and go! No queues, or bus rides out of the airport. Meet and Greet is an optional extra available at most airport locations.

You have two options when it comes to returning your rental vehicle you can either choose to select fast track returns or use just the normal free returns option. Fast Track is a platinum service offered to all customers renting a vehicle from an airport location, currently you return your rental vehicle to a compound within the airport perimeter. Once returned you then take the free transit / bus into the airport terminal, takes approximately 10mins. If you opt for Fast Track, you can return your vehicle directly to the place you collected it, within the short stay car parking facility, which is conveniently walking distance from the departures lounge or arrivals lounge. Making your rental experience totally hassle free. (This has proved a very popular service).

Minimum driver age is 21, maximum age is 75 for rental. Drivers aged between 21-23 will have to opt for additional insurance cover (young driver waiver) and will be subject to an additional surcharge. Drivers must of held a licence for at least 1 year, and must show both parts if a photo card licence. Passports or identity cards must be shown for identification. There may be certain restrictions if the driver has endorsements on their licence, we must be notified prior to your rental.

Child seats are mandatory in the United Kingdom. We offer safety / booster seats for children from all locations and for all vehicle groups with at least 24 hours notice. If you receive the notice "special equipment on request only", please contact our international reservations team to book. Child seats are available for intercity within the UK mainland (except from Dundee) but you will be required to leave a GBP 50.00 deposit at time of rental. If the seat is not returned or is returned damaged a charge will apply.
