Heathrow Airport is easy to get to using public transport whether you are using a train or coach.
The Heathrow Express is a train service operating between Heathrow Airport and central London. The services are every 15 minutes to and from the airport making this the quickest option as traveling times are approximately 20 minutes.

If traveling by underground, the Piccadilly Line runs straight to the centre of London. There is a station situated in the central part of the Airport (close to terminals 1, 2 and 3). Trains are every 10-15 minutes and take approximately 60 minutes to get to Central London.

Most coaches operate from the central bus station, which is located close to Terminals 1, 2 and 3. A short walk through underground walkways gets you to the bus station. However, some services stop outside the terminals themselves. Please check with your coach company for exact information.

London licensed taxis are available from outside each terminal for travel within the London area. To ensure there are adequate taxis to meet demand, a computer system is used to control the flow of vehicles to the forecourts.
